A Biomedical Engineer by training, Dhairya left the comfort of his US corporate job to work on the frontlines of public health in rural Mozambique. Tasked with improving access to Malaria rapid diagnosis and cutting off HIV transmission, he realized that "Complex Problems" aren't solved by spreadsheets or software alone. They are solved by understanding the people living the problem.

That experience became the foundation of Ycenter.

We didn’t start in a boardroom. We started in the field. We took that rigorous, human-centered approach and codified it into our proprietary CASE Methodology.

In 2016, the UN recognized our approach as a benchmark for excellence. We began training university students to think like innovators. By 2018, Fortune 500 leaders at companies like Abbott and Merck asked us to bring that same agility to their high-functioning teams.

Today, Ycenter exists at the intersection of Learning and Doing. We consult for governments and corporations to build better futures, and we train university students to inherit them.
